Mr Kevin McGarry is a Belfast-born, double board-certified Consultant Plastic Surgeon based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, seeing private patients at the Ulster Independent Clinic. He specialises in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery — including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast uplift (mastopexy) and breast reconstruction — together with body contouring surgery. He holds a full-time NHS consultant post in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and is on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery (GMC 7453358).

Over the past decade, Mr McGarry has trained with some of the world’s leading plastic and reconstructive surgeons across the UK, Europe and the USA. His practice is built on technical precision, natural-looking results and an uncompromising commitment to patient safety.

Triple fellowship-trained

Mr McGarry completed three subspecialty fellowships:

• An advanced fellowship in breast oncology and reconstruction at the renowned Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit, Glasgow — one of the UK’s leading breast reconstruction centres.
• A competitively selected clinical fellowship in advanced reconstruction at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, gaining high-level experience in breast, head and neck, body and lymphoedema reconstruction at one of the world’s most advanced cancer centres.
• The prestigious BAAPS-supported aesthetic surgery fellowship in Manchester with Mr Reza Nassab at CLNQ, with focused training in advanced cosmetic breast surgery, including modern breast-preservation augmentation techniques.

This combination of elite international reconstructive and aesthetic fellowship training allows Mr McGarry to bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every consultation and operation.
